The initial sales process was fine and the booking for installation was fine but after I had paid the installation started ok but then was a disaster. The installer “completed” the install but could not get it working saying his boss would have to come and work out what was wrong. I waited for 1 week for Solar Battery Group to call and nothing heard. I emailed support asking for assistance.. no response. After two weeks I waited on hold for 3 hours before they closed for the day. The next morning I was on hold for over an hour and. Spoke with someone that told me that they knew it need extra work but they didn’t have a time slot but would call me when one became available: 2 weeks later I called them and waited on hold for hours.. to be told again that they did not have any time slots for the next few months and there was nothing they could do and I had to wait. This is the worst customer service I have come across. How can not completing and installs be acceptable. 39 days and still don’t have a working system battery system. I will never deal with this company again.
