The lack of communication is concerning, especially since their website explicitly states that the United Kingdom is a restricted country where they should not process any payments. Nevertheless, they still accepted transactions associated with an unlicensed gambling operator and now refuse to engage or provide any clarity. A payment provider that allows unauthorized charges and then ignores customer inquiries poses a significant risk for anyone utilizing their services. As silence persisted and my funds remained unavailable, I sought external advice. A review of the situation highlighted that repeated unauthorized transactions and a lack of response could indicate behavior inconsistent with a compliant financial service. Anyone considering using this company should exercise extreme caution. A provider that processes illegal gambling payments and subsequently refuses to communicate does not create a safe environment for customers.
