I initially felt positive about this service, but after a year, I'm not at all satisfied. We agreed to a £2,500 payment for a 13-year contract to clean and insure our panels. They promised to clean them twice a year, but have only done it once and now claim it's a 'complimentary' service. They tried to upsell unnecessary products, and their claims about energy savings were misleading. My advice is to save your money and find a more honest company.
