Confirming the experience of a previous review. Despite numerous requests for action from this service, no one has had the courtesy to reach out. They took money in advance and signed a contract for two cleanings a year, but I've seen no sign of them since October. They take your money and refuse to fulfill their obligations. This company seems indifferent to complaints and negative reviews.
I can only agree with what others have said. They rip you off with a maintenance contract and fail to deliver. I signed up in September 2023, had a maintenance and panel clean by January, and nothing since. I've been calling daily, but the receptionists keep saying someone will call me soon... surprise, nothing! I even received a call from someone claiming to work for a new company linked to them, stating the original company has gone into liquidation. Avoid this service and any associated companies.

They promised to clean them twice a year, but have only done it once and now claim it's a 'complimentary' service. They tried to upsell unnecessary products, and their claims about energy savings were misleading. My advice is to save your money and find a more honest company.
