Extremely disappointing service. I had a 20 kW system installed through a local installer. Now, four years later, eight of the optimizers have been non-functional for three months, leaving the entire system idle. I've exchanged numerous emails with the support team but received no assistance. In contrast, my 8 kW home system, installed a year later, is much more reliable with excellent performance and significantly better service. I regret not spending a little extra to choose a different option for my 20 kW system.
