Review Time
The system performs adequately under normal circumstances but struggles with unexpected challenges, resulting in a difficult recovery process. My battery fell below the minimum charge level and entered a 'deep sleep' mode. Currently, the inverter displays an error, production is at zero, and the system fails to recognize the batteries. My installer has been attempting to restart the system for over a week. Support from the company has been lacking—it’s disappointing. Considering the high cost, I anticipated a top-notch experience, but the reality is a deficiency in smart features and severely restricted user control (only four presets available). With numerous better options for shaded areas available today, there's little reason to choose this service. It's best to steer clear if possible.

I've had numerous emails with the support team, but received no help. In contrast, my 8 kW home system, installed a year later, is much more reliable with great performance and service. I regret not spending a bit more on a different option for my 20 kW system.

After four years, my residential inverter stopped working, and three months later, there's still no date for a replacement. I've made many support calls and escalated to the sales team, who took four weeks to respond. Their customer service and escalation process are lacking. I would think twice before ordering again.
I have a system and EV Charger. My EV charger stopped working about three weeks ago. My technician spent several hours on the phone with support, concluding that a new charging cable would be sent (the system is only 2-3 years old). It's now been over two weeks with no cable. This has been a significant inconvenience and poor service.
