I ordered cutting boards from energysolarlighting.com, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The package arrived from China in terrible condition — the box was crushed, torn, and taped up multiple times. The product inside was also damaged and completely unusable.I contacted the company immediately and sent photos of both the damaged box and the damaged product. Their response was to offer either a 30% partial refund if I kept the unusable item, or I could return it to a UK address at my own expense and wait for another shipment from China. Since this was meant to be a Christmas gift and the issue occurred on December 15th, I chose the partial refund.It has now been two months, and I still have not received the refund. I’ve emailed them multiple times and used their website’s message form, providing all the necessary information each time. I have not received a single reply since their initial offer.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Poor product quality, poor packaging, and no follow‑through on their promised refund.
