This is a scam! They took my deposit for a battery system and stopped responding to my calls and emails shortly after. They used to contact me from a local number, but the callers were clearly overseas. I should have recognized this as a red flag. My money is lost, and I want to prevent others from falling into the same trap. I will be reporting this to consumer protection authorities.
