I experienced a technical glitch last month and thought it best to reach out for assistance. I spoke with a representative who listened to my issue and was exceptionally helpful. Even though the technical team was on holiday, she promised to do her utmost to arrange support for me. To my surprise, later that evening, another representative contacted me with detailed instructions on how to fix the problem and encouraged me to reach out again if I needed further adjustments. I did need additional help, and once again, I received the same excellent support. This level of service, especially during the holiday season, far exceeded my expectations. This is my second review for this amazing service. Truly remarkable support from wonderful individuals. I also want to apologize for interrupting one of the representatives during his time off. The service installed 21 solar panels, an inverter, and a battery for me, and I couldn't be more satisfied. I was concerned about the installation happening in the pouring rain, but the team persevered and did an outstanding job. They were incredibly accommodating and left the area spotless afterward. Would have been 5 / 5 if the price was slightly lower. However, overall, it offers reasonable value for money. Professional, efficient, and set clear expectations without being pushy during the initial discussions, meaning they were honest about necessary features. They cleaned up after completing the work! We arranged the solar proposal, and it took about 7 weeks until installation. Most of the process was automated, but a quick site survey was done shortly before installation. The installation team was excellent, explaining each stage and the app. The process was very smooth, and we are thrilled with the outcome. The value was very competitive compared to other quotes.
