Since no survey was conducted beforehand, we faced several crucial decisions on-site, such as the placement of the internal box and battery, as well as the number of panels. We had paid for bird protection, which was initially overlooked, but the team returned the next morning to install it. I was concerned that no scaffolding was used for the solar panels, only a ladder. Unfortunately, three days later, the system stopped functioning over the weekend, so we had to wait until Monday to reach out. An installation issue was found, and we are still waiting for a week to hear back about when the team will return for repairs. It's quite frustrating to have invested significantly in solar with a system that isn't operational. Additionally, the certification was issued with an incorrect address, requiring a follow-up call, which was resolved quickly.
