The salesperson was quite helpful, and the installation was done promptly. However, the team arrived later than anticipated. Since no survey was conducted beforehand, we faced several crucial decisions on-site, such as the placement of the internal box and battery, as well as the number of panels. We had paid for bird protection, which was initially overlooked, but the team returned the next morning to install it. I was concerned that no scaffolding was used for the solar panels, only a ladder. Unfortunately, three days later, the system stopped functioning over the weekend, so we had to wait until Monday to reach out. An installation issue was found, and we are still waiting for a week to hear back about when the team will return for repairs. It's quite frustrating to have invested significantly in solar with a system that isn't operational. Additionally, the certification was issued with an incorrect address, requiring a follow-up call, which was resolved quickly.
The salesperson was very professional and helpful. The installation engineer demonstrated great knowledge and was particularly supportive in setting up the system. A drawback was that, despite taking photos and videos to assist the design team, this information was not communicated to the engineer with his briefing, causing a minor hiccup at the start. However, after a few phone calls, everything was sorted out in the end, and I would recommend their services.
