Most of the experience was great, especially the assistance in deciding how many panels and batteries to have. The only negatives were as follows, itemized for improvement purposes:1. It was not explained at the outset that it may take several weeks for the regulatory authority to give the go ahead for the installation, after initially talking about a few working days from start to finish.2. The company or it's contractors seem to be taking on too much at a time, resulting in arrivals later than expected. Scaffolding was expected before the installation day but in the end was only just erected before the roofers arrived - and then only because the roofers were also delayed from another job.3. More mess was left than I would have expected, including lumps of tiles, cable ties and fittings left on the ground and in the gutters. This may have been because it was beginning to get dark when they left but still disappointing to have to clear the gutters the next day. The number and size of pieces of tile debris was rather disconcerting.Despite the above I would recommend the company through the Lincolnshire Solar Together scheme but suggest you book them in the beginning of the week so as not to experience backlog from earlier jobs.
