This time, the customer service did NOT follow through. I received the serum with a broken top. I informed them and provided a photo as requested. The representative said they would replace the serum and send a return label but instructed me not to send the broken item until I received the new one. It never arrived, and I tried contacting them multiple times without any response. I have four devices, and customer service had always been accommodating before.
