I will start by saying Sold themselves are great and in particular Ella Seki is fantastic and without her support, there is no way we would have got the sale over the line. Their communication was good and they kept us and the buyer up to date throughout. The reason for the low score is purely down to the solicitor that they recommended we use. We were assured Ackroyd would be good if we wanted it to go through quickly because they were in the same building and a deal was offered by using them with it being included in their fees. This was a huge mistake and by the end of it even Sold I feel regretted this advice! So go with Sold, but under no circumstances go with their recommendation of Ackroyd, choose your own solicitor.
