I strongly advise avoiding this estate agent; their service lacks any personal touch. The office seemed empty, and the automated phone messages were incredibly frustrating. I recommend seeking another agency where actual agents are available to answer your inquiries. I cannot understand why home sellers opt for an agent from far away instead of a local one, especially when the service is so lacking.
