Need to return a body cream I had bought as I had a bad reaction it, so far haven't received a response from them and it has been over a week. When you contact them, they claim that they are experiencing a high number of emails due to switching carriers (not true, they are still using FedEx...), and that it will take 5-7 days for a customer service representative to get back to you. Well, 7 days have gone by now and still no response sadly. I should have ordered the cream from Sephora, but I had points from previous orders and a discount so of course I had to use it. Also, their standard shipping is sooooo slow, they use FedEx Smartpost for their basic shipping, and it is the worst option a company can give you to get your things to you. I have had so many issues with Smartpost deliveries and wish companies would stop using it, just going with the USPS is so much faster. It took nearly a month for me to get this package from New Jersey to California, literally 2 weeks for the package to get out of the distribution centre in NJ. I was pretty sure at some point that they had lost the package because it wasn't moving at all. Frustrating all around.
