I placed an order totaling $123.00 yesterday, I paid for FedEx 2nd day air. Everything was fine, order went through perfectly. Waited for a confirmation which was emailed to me quickly after placing the order. The problem came about this afternoon when I got a message saying that their distribution center in my region was closed yesterday and today due to inclement weather.... that’s a really crappy thing to find out since I paid for what I figured was rushed shipping. I reached out to them and was told I cannot get a refund for the 2nd day air, even though I won’t be getting my order until the end of next week. If I had known that prior I would have stuck with the standard shipping. if they’re having issues sending their orders out maybe do away with the rushed shipping option until they’re caught up. This is my first time ordering from their site. From now on I’ll be checking if they’re in stock at a Sephora close by before placing an order through the products website. Disappointing
