I’m sorry to say, one year later my wife is still yet to have a decent pair of shoes that fit her!Having sent them back once for adjustment they came back feeling as though nothing has been done to them. Having gone through the lengthy process of documenting the bad fitting process again and sending the details in July we are still yet to be offered any resolution to this. I really would have thought a negative review would have received reasonable attention so to turn a one star review into a more positive experience.Now looking at how to get our money back!AVOID!!
