The case was reviewed and decided fully in my favor, confirming that Soleplus failed to meet their legal obligations as a seller.Despite the ruling, Soleplus still has not refunded my money and continues to ignore communication. Because of this ongoing misconduct, I am now escalating the matter further and engaging lawyers to pursue legal action.This is not a delay or a misunderstanding — this is systematic, unacceptable behavior. Based on my experience, I strongly warn others to avoid this company. If something goes wrong, you will be left without your order, without your money, and without customer support.I will continue taking all necessary legal steps until this matter is fully resolved.
