Delivery times are not accurate, but great prices.

It's clear from the reviews that the delivery times are off. I waited at least 15 working days for my item to be shipped (and 2 working days for it to arrive) while the website stated 2-10 working days. However, I got a fantastic deal on my shoes, only 1775 for a brand new pair with the original box. The shop offers nearly all sizes, which is great since I struggled to find a specific size elsewhere. So, if you spot a great price or a hard-to-find size, be patient; the shoes will arrive. I did see a review mentioning double charges, but I can't confirm that. In my case, I paid, and after 5 days, the bank refunded me, but they charged me again when the shoes were shipped. Still, if you don't find a great deal or a shoe you love that’s not available elsewhere, I suggest avoiding this shop due to the slow service and communication challenges.

Very disappointed

I placed an order on the 14th December which said on the website would be dispatched and delivered before Christmas. This never arrived. On the 28th December I complained and was told that the order would be cancelled and a refund would be issued. Despite several e-mails to chase, this still had not happened. 7th January and I am still waiting…..Update 9th January- Soleplus have e-mailed asking me to take down the review, but still NO REFUND

If you found a steal price, just be patient

Definitely, as you can see in the reviews, the delivery times are not correct. I waited at least 15 working days for my item to be shipped (and 2 working days for it to arrive) while the website wrote 2-10 working days But, the price I got for my Jordans 4 was a steal, only 1775 brand new with original box. Let alone that the shop offers almost all sizes, while it was too hard for me to find a jordan 4 in size 45. So, I suggest that, if you find a steal price, or a size thar you cannot find elsewhere, be patient, the shoes will come.Finally, I had seen a review (because during all this time I was looking at the reviews constantly) that wrote that they got double charged. I can't say for sure, but I don't think this happened. What happened with me is that I had paid, 5 days later the bank sent me my money back, but when the shoes were shipped, the bank took the money back again.However, if you don't find a steal price or a shoe that you like and cannot find elsewhere, don't buy from this shop, the service is extremely late and difficult to communicate.

Ignore customers, long delivery times.

Made an order on Dec 1, expecting the item to be shipped that week. It wasn't, so emailed on Thursday to ask for an update. "Anna" told me it would be shipped on Friday. It wasn't. Emailed again. Told it would ship on Monday. It wasn't. Emailed three further times – silence. The item still has not been shipped. I have since opened a case with Klara. Read other reviews online – it's a badly run company that ignores its customers and lures you in with cheap prices. Absolutely avoid!

Six months later – no shoes, no refund, authorities ruled in my favor

It has now been over six months since I placed my order, and I have still received nothing — no shoes, no refund, and no meaningful response.After countless ignored emails and false promises, I officially filed a complaint with ARN (Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes). The case was reviewed and decided fully in my favor, confirming that Soleplus failed to meet their legal obligations as a seller.Despite the ruling, Soleplus still has not refunded my money and continues to ignore communication. Because of this ongoing misconduct, I am now escalating the matter further and engaging lawyers to pursue legal action.This is not a delay or a misunderstanding — this is systematic, unacceptable behavior. Based on my experience, I strongly warn others to avoid this company. If something goes wrong, you will be left without your order, without your money, and without customer support.I will continue taking all necessary legal steps until this matter is fully resolved.
