The journey to completing my first order of 500 cassette tapes was challenging but it was worth it. The customer service is amazing they were able to answer any questions I had before and after my order. They were very polite. The production process was roughly 2 months so I had to learn how to be patient in the process. There was a small delay after the deadline but I understand that is the nature of the business. Once I received my order, I did a test run on the cassettes and i realized they made a huge error which was the songs were misplaced and not in the order that it was originally planned so the songs did not reflect the tracklist on the artwork. I was freaking out and very concerned but I reached out to the Solid Merch Team they apologized for the mistake and understood my position as a customer. The reality is this, We are human we are going to make mistakes along the way but its all about having a sense of understanding and making things right. So they remade my order within a week and re-delivered. I did a test run on the second go round man I was so happy. They executed everything perfectly how it was originally supposed to be.
