I purchased the aviator and journeyman in solid wax and the journeyman spray. There were shipping issues, but the team resolved it quickly, getting my products in time for Christmas. Excellent product and support. Cheers and happy holidays!
I absolutely adore the Wayfarer solid and extrait. It's my favorite tobacco vanilla scent. I've had it for nearly a year and keep returning to it. I prefer it over other brands. I just wish it lasted longer, but I manage by carrying a solid tin or decant. The company has been fantastic to deal with, resolving issues smoothly. Highly recommend!
This is my third order, and I keep returning because the products are excellent. I buy both their men's and women's ranges, especially the solid scents, which are fairly priced and always popular as gifts. I've emailed the company twice for assistance, and both times they were quick, friendly, and helpful. Real, down-to-earth customer service. I'll definitely keep coming back.
I'm very disappointed. As someone from Australia, I should have known better than to buy local products. You advertise this as an EDP, but it's clearly not! You claim not to add water, yet the bottle lists alcohol, geraniol, citronella, and water. This doesn't resemble a worthy clone at all! I don't mind spending money on quality, but this product is misleading and smells heavily of geranium oil. I would not recommend this product and would like a refund.
I've bought solid colognes multiple times for myself and as gifts, and they've always been great. However, I'm struggling to purchase the extrait de parfum. Whether I use my Irish address or a UK address, the site says it can't be delivered without explanation. I emailed customer service a month ago, but have yet to hear back. It's frustrating to be invited to buy products that seem unavailable. Please clarify why and when this will be resolved.
