This was our 2nd order with Solihull carpets. Friendly informative staff, slight mix up in communication re confirmation of order so it was fitted a few weeks later than expected. That said it wasn’t an issue for us. Lovely staff in store, lovely fitters. They did a fantastic job fitting and were very tidy. Live the new carpet, great value for money. Highly recommend.
