The staff in the shop were very helpful and knowledgeable. The service we have received throughout has been first class. The carpet we chose is fabulous, and was expertly fitted. We will be using them again. We had a disastrous experience with Kidderminster carpets, so were a bit worried to try somewhere new to us. Cannot recommend highly enough.

What a pleasure to find a business who actually care for their customers. Two other prominent local companies we approached were off-hand or unresponsive when they learned we only wanted a small shower room fitted out. No pushy sales tactics in fact quite the opposite after a few questions we were steered away from the expensive carpet we were looking at and given advice on a far cheaper one which was still excellent quality and more suitable for the area we wanted to cover. We were kept informed at every stage,the fitter did his best to fit in with our schedule and called us an hour before arrival. The fitter respected our property and did an excellent job including vacuuming and removing all small offcuts and rubbish. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Solihull Carpets and will definitely be calling on them again. Friendly helpful advice from start to finish.
