The service was friendly and for the most part informative, there was a defect in out current floor that the team helped resolved however there was some confusion on the total additional costs incurred by these works which caused distress and confusion, I would advise that each communication discussing costs are reviewed in detail.The above problem aside the actually fitting of the floor was excellent the gentleman who completed the installation was informative and professional and left the work looking amazing. There were some issues discovered two days later (I have been informed this is normal) and the fitter came out straight way and resolved the issues promptly and effectively at no cost or concern to myself.Despite the issues over cost (the only reason this is not a 5 star), I would recommend using them to anybody and will likely use them again for future works.
