Supreme Panel

I purchased a panel on November 7th, 2025, and almost a month later I'm still waiting for it to arrive.During the back-and-forth email exchanges and because of one review on Trustpilot, I learned that the panel was not shipped from the UK but from China — something that was nowhere stated on the Solis Therapy website.On their website, they say that deliveries are sent via express shipping or with FedEx. Since this is not accurate at all, I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1, only because their customer service is genuinely good. Mae replied to all my emails and was always helpful with every question and concern.However, if you are in Europe, be aware that your product will be shipped from China, not the UK. And if you are in Germany and like to plan things ahead ;) be prepared to wait quite a bit. They also do not ship to Europe with DHL or Hermes but with DPD, which has unfortunately been increasingly unreliable in Berlin over the past year. Hopefully is the DPD experience not so bad all over Germany.Since I am still waiting for the panel, I cannot comment on the product itself yet. But once it arrives and I’ve tried it, I will update this review.UPDATE:My One-Month Experience with the Supreme Panel:I’ve been using the Supreme Panel for one month now, and although I haven’t noticed any visible changes in my skin yet, I definitely feel a difference in my mood and energy levels this winter.I’m sleeping so much better and waking up feeling refreshed—something I honestly forgot what it felt like. Normally I’m very sore after working out, but with the panel I can keep going, which means I move more overall, reach my goals more easily, and feel healthier in general.Also, as an unexpected result, my eyesight has improved. Maybe it’s because I don’t close my eyes in front of the panel? My doctor told me that the small issue I had is gone and my eye floaters have reduced by about 30%!As I said before, the customer service and the Solis team are phenomenal and very helpful.I just wish their products were available in Europe so the shipping wouldn’t take so long.But other than that, I can definitely recommend everything from this company.Thank you, Solis Team!
