I bought the Solis panel on the recommendation of my acupuncturist for two torn cartilage in my knee & arthritic hands. After a lot of research I decided on Solis as it met all the safety standards & was clinically graded. I had a ton of questions all patiently answered by Mae prior to purchase. I received a custom made plan explaining exactly how to use the equipment, settings, areas, duration & frequency for my needs. Then a follow up call about 12 weeks after delivery from Freddie checking if I had any queries. Excellent customer service. So has it worked? Definite improvement in my hands, swelling & pain reduced, trigger finger virtually gone. Knee pain I think has lessened. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

My skin has greatly improved since using my Sollis lamp for several weeks now. My rosacea has all but gone and the dark age spots on my neck and chest are much reduced. I'm so pleased I sent my mask back as it did nothing at all, and purchased this instead!
I am over the moon with the results I have got from using my red light panel. I purchased this in November 2025 . I am using this for wrinkles. I just wished I knew about this light therapy years ago . The results are clear to see . The company is exceptional and help you . They care about their customers outstanding.
I love my Solis red light panel. The pain relief it gives me is incredible. 20 minutes (10 mins on my hip and 10 mins on my back) 4 or 5 times a week. It has also made a difference to my sleep , I had a really disturbed sleep pattern and I am now getting a better quality of sleep, more deep sleep and feeling much more rested. I wish I had known about this sooner. :-)
I purchased a red light therapy lamp from Solis, and the customer support was truly outstanding. Communication was fast, clear, and genuinely helpful at every step. Questions were answered competently and with a level of care that is rare today. The product quality and the overall customer experience exceeded my expectations. A company that clearly takes responsibility and service seriously. Highly recommended.
I purchased a panel on November 7th, 2025, and almost a month later I'm still waiting for it to arrive.During the back-and-forth email exchanges and because of one review on Trustpilot, I learned that the panel was not shipped from the UK but from China — something that was nowhere stated on the Solis Therapy website.On their website, they say that deliveries are sent via express shipping or with FedEx. Since this is not accurate at all, I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1, only because their customer service is genuinely good. Mae replied to all my emails and was always helpful with every question and concern.However, if you are in Europe, be aware that your product will be shipped from China, not the UK. And if you are in Germany and like to plan things ahead ;) be prepared to wait quite a bit. They also do not ship to Europe with DHL or Hermes but with DPD, which has unfortunately been increasingly unreliable in Berlin over the past year. Hopefully is the DPD experience not so bad all over Germany.Since I am still waiting for the panel, I cannot comment on the product itself yet. But once it arrives and I’ve tried it, I will update this review.UPDATE:My One-Month Experience with the Supreme Panel:I’ve been using the Supreme Panel for one month now, and although I haven’t noticed any visible changes in my skin yet, I definitely feel a difference in my mood and energy levels this winter.I’m sleeping so much better and waking up feeling refreshed—something I honestly forgot what it felt like. Normally I’m very sore after working out, but with the panel I can keep going, which means I move more overall, reach my goals more easily, and feel healthier in general.Also, as an unexpected result, my eyesight has improved. Maybe it’s because I don’t close my eyes in front of the panel? My doctor told me that the small issue I had is gone and my eye floaters have reduced by about 30%!As I said before, the customer service and the Solis team are phenomenal and very helpful.I just wish their products were available in Europe so the shipping wouldn’t take so long.But other than that, I can definitely recommend everything from this company.Thank you, Solis Team!
After spending weeks searching RLT online I purchased an RLT Panel from Solis.I am now on my 5th week of using it and I am overjoyed at the results.The constant pain I get in my knees & my hip has dropped considerably (I suffer with osteoarthritis) - meaning that my runs are more enjoyable - pre RLT I would feel an horrible joint inflammation pain during my runs and after even taking days to ease off.I have a competition in a couple weeks so it will be interesting to see how my body responds/reacts. I’m keeping my fingers crossed.My face is feeling smoother - the wrinkles are less pronounced but also i am not getting any ingrown hairs on my chin anymore - which means i do not have scars or blemishes in that area of my face.My mood has improved significantly - I’m not a winter person and I always get very depressed that time of year due to the darkness - however I feel very happy now.My sleep seems to have improved - I do wake up in the night but fall back asleep whereas before I would be awake for many hours and most times unable to get back to sleep.I’ve gone from getting 4hrs sleep max to now sleeping an average of 7hrs.Also I feel more confident, much more confident!!!
