After spending weeks searching RLT online I purchased an RLT Panel from Solis.I am now on my 5th week of using it and I am overjoyed at the results.The constant pain I get in my knees & my hip has dropped considerably (I suffer with osteoarthritis) - meaning that my runs are more enjoyable - pre RLT I would feel an horrible joint inflammation pain during my runs and after even taking days to ease off.I have a competition in a couple weeks so it will be interesting to see how my body responds/reacts. I’m keeping my fingers crossed.My face is feeling smoother - the wrinkles are less pronounced but also i am not getting any ingrown hairs on my chin anymore - which means i do not have scars or blemishes in that area of my face.My mood has improved significantly - I’m not a winter person and I always get very depressed that time of year due to the darkness - however I feel very happy now.My sleep seems to have improved - I do wake up in the night but fall back asleep whereas before I would be awake for many hours and most times unable to get back to sleep.I’ve gone from getting 4hrs sleep max to now sleeping an average of 7hrs.Also I feel more confident, much more confident!!!
