It’s only been in use for a few days though, so I can’t yet comment on the effectiveness of the RLT.However, the SPARK 2.0 Handheld RLT Device which comes as part of the Spectrum Supreme package is faulty. Note that at the time of this review, there are NO specifications whatsoever showing on the website for this SPARK 2.0 Handheld Device, and it arrived without any information whatsoever in the box either. It looks pretty, but does nothing!Delivery:Solis did not make it clear on their website that these items were not in stock in the UK. They had to be shipped from China direct to the customer. It was several days before my order was even shipped, and took a total of 9 working days after ordering for the package to arrive at my door.After Sales experience:I emailed Solis immediately to let them know about the faulty SPARK 2.0 Handheld RLT Device. I also mentioned how upset I was at having to wait so long for my order to arrive.As yet, SolisTherapy have not replied to my email at all.No apology for the shipping delay.No apology for the faulty SPARK 2.0 Handheld RLT Device, for which I would expect to be offered a replacement.In short, I cannot recommend SolisTherapy. I am not counting on this company to honour their 90 day trial offer, let alone the three year guarantee.
