I received a custom made plan explaining exactly how to use the equipment, settings, areas, duration & frequency for my needs. Then a follow up call about 12 weeks after delivery from Freddie checking if I had any queries. Excellent customer service. So has it worked? Definite improvement in my hands, swelling & pain reduced, trigger finger virtually gone. Knee pain I think has lessened. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
