I have been using Solis for the last few months and I have seen a massive improvement in my psoriasis and sleep. The psoriasis has disappeared from my right elbow and all most gone from my left. The team have been extremely helpful with my endless questions about how best to use the device. Would recommend to anyone.
I’ve been using my Solis red light panel for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely blown away by the quality and results. The build feels premium and sturdy, the light intensity is perfectly balanced - I’ve noticed a real improvement in my recovery time after workouts, and my skin looks brighter and healthier, too.The setup was simple, and the customer support team at Solis was incredibly helpful and responsive to my questions. You can tell they care about their products and their customers.If you’re considering red light therapy, don’t hesitate, Solis is absolutely worth it. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
Product purchased:Spectrum SUPREME Panel 2.0, which is excellent. It’s only been in use for a few days though, so I can’t yet comment on the effectiveness of the RLT.However, the SPARK 2.0 Handheld RLT Device which comes as part of the Spectrum Supreme package is faulty. Note that at the time of this review, there are NO specifications whatsoever showing on the website for this SPARK 2.0 Handheld Device, and it arrived without any information whatsoever in the box either. It looks pretty, but does nothing!Delivery:Solis did not make it clear on their website that these items were not in stock in the UK. They had to be shipped from China direct to the customer. It was several days before my order was even shipped, and took a total of 9 working days after ordering for the package to arrive at my door.After Sales experience:I emailed Solis immediately to let them know about the faulty SPARK 2.0 Handheld RLT Device. I also mentioned how upset I was at having to wait so long for my order to arrive.As yet, SolisTherapy have not replied to my email at all.No apology for the shipping delay.No apology for the faulty SPARK 2.0 Handheld RLT Device, for which I would expect to be offered a replacement.In short, I cannot recommend SolisTherapy. I am not counting on this company to honour their 90 day trial offer, let alone the three year guarantee.
Purchased the Solis Supreme 2.0 after much research on the subject. Went with Solis Therapy because of quality of the products and price point. We have a smaller portable light panel from another well known manufacturer but decided on Solis Therapy as the light spectrum is much better. Purchased the simple stand with the panel, again good quality. Ordering and delivery faultless. They even told me of a shipping problem, which was rectified immediately by sending it air freight! (Freddie & Josh the Co owners of this small British supplier really give you the personal touch, nothing is too much trouble)How many companies would do this. As for the benefits of red light all I can say is it works. I'm very much into Triathlon and being 65 various niggles becoming more prevalent. The cost of regular physio or sports massage not really being an option. I really think it's helped in addressing a calf niggle which has all but disappeared. Having just returned from a Triathlon event in Peugara, Spain (3rd on the podium!) with no issues. But you must use consistently. We tend to use the panel before bed, very relaxing, or after a bike/run workout. In our opinion money well spent. Devon UK
I’ve been using my Solis red light panel for a while now, and I’m genuinely impressed with how much it’s improved my sleep and overall energy levels. I use it just before I go to bed and again first thing in the morning, it’s become part of my daily routine.Since starting, I’ve noticed I fall asleep more easily, sleep more deeply, and wake up feeling refreshed and energized. It’s such a simple but powerful addition to my routine, and I can honestly say it’s made a noticeable difference to how I feel every day. Highly recommend!
This company have been brilliant from purchase to months later with ongoing support and replies to queries and questions. Even an issue with delivery was promptly and superbly dealt with, so I have to firstly mention this great customer service, as that is so often lacking these days. I have loved using this device as it is lovely and relaxing but also helps me take control of my chronic health issues and empowers me to help myself. I spent a lot of time researching for the best deviceI within my budget and I really think this was one of the best options technically and extra bonus for being a UK independent business ! I have long term pain and it can be really difficult to manage and keep mobile and I feel this device has been assisting me with this so I am looking forward to further improvements and my kitty is enjoying it too ! I love my Solis. It has become a regular in our self care. My husband is a great fan too. I have been feeling better in my self and with more energy. It has cleared up a nasty patch of psoriasis on my elbow. My skin is glowing and people are shocked when they find out I am 70! they think I'm in my early 50's.
I have been using the Solis full body machine for 3 weeks and it’s helped with circulation. I usually have large swelling in the summer months with the heat. I have noticed significant improvement over the last two weeks. I am looking forward to to seeing the results on my skin as the months go on. It’s been a very good service as kept me updated on delivery and advice on how to use the equipment. Would recommend to anyone suffering with swelling in lower legs and feet.
