I was curious about the PRO version but later realized it’s not even the full version, to get proper AI correction, I’d have to pay again for the MAX plan. That’s already misleading enough❗As I was unhappy with this, I stopped using Sololearn well before my trial ended and even tried to cancel, but a Wi-Fi issue prevented the cancellation from going through Later, after contacting Sololearn, they pointed to their refund policy which reveals their system charges users 24 hours before the trial actually ends. That means even if you cancel within the trial period, you can still get charged. Completely unfair❗I contacted both Google Play and Sololearn. Google confirmed that the funds were already forwarded to Sololearn and that only Sololearn could process the refund. Yet Sololearn support kept redirecting me back to Google and then ignored my messages altogether.Their policy claims “exceptions” can be reviewed but in reality, they don’t seem to honor that at all. Their refund process, misleading upgrades and lack of accountability are unacceptable❗---------*Update: They finally refunded.
