They did not respond but later attempted to intimidate me through email, threatening debt collection. I requested a return address multiple times, but they refused to provide one, insisting I pay 50% of the original price to keep the fleece, which I declined. If debt collectors get involved, I plan to contest them through consumer advice and trading standards. This service should be avoided.
