DECEPTIVE. The product I received was nothing like what was shown on the website. It was made from low-quality material, had a completely different style and color, and was poorly constructed overall. When I raised my concerns, they initially proposed a partial refund, but the item was so subpar that it wasn't worth keeping. They then informed me that to obtain a full refund, I would need to return the item to another country at my own cost. I reminded them of my consumer rights and pointed out that, since the item was not as described, they should cover the return shipping. After that, they ignored all my subsequent emails. The item was ultimately useless and ended up being discarded.
