Their "live chat" is just a useless chatbot with no way to reach a real person, and every time I called their support line, I waited on hold for over 25 minutes without ever speaking to a representative.Instead of helping me with a simple exchange, Solo Stove's standard messaging on their website repeatedly told me to return the item and buy a new one, making the process unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming. I felt completely ignored and unsupported throughout the entire process.If you value responsive, helpful customer service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
