Having messed up my order online, I needed to cancel and then re-order with extra bits. I Sent an email in the evening, next morning I had a reply saying my order had been cancelled with a full refund to follow…I saw there was a phone number so I thought I would give it a go. The phone was answered straight away and the lovely Paulina then took the details of my new order. I paid there and then, two days later everything arrived!Why can’t life always be this simple!Amazing service and a fantastic product I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. 👏👏
