I have not received my item. Attempts to contact customer service lead to an outdated answering machine, and my emails have gone unanswered. The tracking number does not provide any updates. It’s supposedly being delivered by an overseas service, despite paying extra for priority shipping. If the item ever arrives, I doubt it will resemble what I ordered.
