I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. My experience has been extremely disappointing. The product quality was poor, and the customer service lacked integrity.
I was informed that I would receive a 30% refund and was told there was no need to return the item. However, the refund issued was significantly less than the promised 30%. This misleading practice is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company’s business ethics.
Bought a pair of shoes from Solrano and the quality is extremely poor — a total waste of money. The material feels completely plastic even though they were advertised as leather. This is a significant scam! They claim to offer American quality, but the items are made in China and shipped from there. I ordered cashmere sweaters and received polyester and nylon instead. I realized they were Chinese products when I saw the shipment was handled by the same carrier as another service. I could have ordered directly from that service, which would have provided better pricing and quality expectations.
Do not purchase from this service as the products shown online are misleading, and what you receive is completely different and of low quality. They also make returns nearly impossible and will ask you to ship items back at your own expense while providing false promises to evade refunds.
