I have yet to receive my item. When I reached out to customer service, I was directed to an outdated answering machine, and my emails went unanswered. The provided tracking number yields no results. It seems to be shipped via an overseas delivery service, even though I paid extra for priority shipping. If the item does arrive, I have little hope that it will match my original order.
