Horrible company. Unsustainable like most companies now, hiding behind greenwashing.I had a printer that lasted a few months and was still in warranty, they blamed everything else they could to not replace it or fix it. Was advised many different things, even had a call out where the engineer said it would be able to be fixed however I received an email stating otherwise. Said if I wanted it fixed I needed to pay more than the amount the printer cost. Such a waste couldn't possibly buy from them again and would advise others not to. Can see now why they have 1 star.
