My biggest disappointment visiting here: the staff member who assisted me was incredibly rude and had an unpleasant demeanor. My partner and I have been trying to conceive for over a year and were thrilled to discover we were finally expecting. We scheduled a reassurance scan to check our progress and ensure everything was in order. However, the representative made me feel foolish for being there and for making the appointment at all. We left feeling quite disheartened. Shortly after, I received my documents but not the scan photos. After returning home, I called multiple times, and when someone finally responded, they said the photos would be sent shortly. An hour and a half later, I emailed requesting the head office's contact number, and their response was simply the scan photos. I will never return to this service.
