My biggest disappointment visiting here: the staff member who assisted me was incredibly rude and had an unpleasant demeanor. My partner and I have been trying to conceive for over a year and were thrilled to discover we were finally expecting. We scheduled a reassurance scan to check our progress and ensure everything was in order. However, the representative made me feel foolish for being there and for making the appointment at all. We left feeling quite disheartened. Shortly after, I received my documents but not the scan photos. After returning home, I called multiple times, and when someone finally responded, they said the photos would be sent shortly. An hour and a half later, I emailed requesting the head office's contact number, and their response was simply the scan photos. I will never return to this service.

There was great availability for booking, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was explained clearly and was easy to understand. I scheduled my scan just two days prior, and it was very efficient. I had a health check for PCOS, and the Sonographer was an absolute delight. I struggle with health anxiety, and this scan caused a lot of stress, but she was amazing—energetic, supportive, and explained everything to me. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my first ultrasound. My anxiety was completely alleviated, and I felt very comfortable throughout. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone.
