I mistakenly placed two orders for Somnifix mouth tape. Upon my realization, I immediately cancelled one of the orders. A week later, I received notification that the cancelled order was being delivered. Several days later, I then received the remaining order - and never did receive the cancelled order despite being alerted that I would. When receiving my credit card bill, I was billed for both orders. I immediately e-mailed Somnifix and alerted them. Clari immediately responded back to me and within 24 hours we resolved the issue. Clari sent me another order to replace the one I didn't receive but was billed for. We both came to the conclusion that the dismal USPS service we are experiencing in my area recently probably caused a misdelivery. This is not Somnifix's fault, but they corrected it nonetheless. I am so happy with their customer service and especially with Clari's amazing promptness in responding back to me and correcting the issue. Thank you Clari and thank you Somnifix! I see my sleep doctor in a couple of days and will be sure I tell him of this positive experience - he is the one who recommended Somnifix in the first place. Thanks again!
