If I could give zero stars, I would. Somnifix is massively overpriced for what you get, and there are far more affordable alternatives available—just check Amazon.
What’s worse is the way they present their “guarantee” and return policy as customer‑friendly when, in reality, it’s anything but. Their cancellation/return/guarantee policy is so convoluted you practically need a lawyer to decipher it. Any company that makes its policies this confusing should raise red flags.
I attempted to cancel my latest subscription shipment because I still had plenty left from the previous order. Despite canceling before the item shipped—and having the emails to prove it—Somnifix denied my request. Their exact wording to me was: “Please be advised that, as outlined in our Shipping and Returns Policy, we are unable to accommodate return or refund requests for subscriptions that were not canceled prior to shipment.”
Except I did cancel prior to shipment. I’ve gone back and forth with them through multiple emails, and they refuse to acknowledge it.
In my experience, this company relies on predatory tactics and hides behind a confusing policy to avoid honoring cancellations. If you’re considering signing up, read their return/cancellation/guarantee policy very carefully. Honestly, you may want an attorney to read it for you.

I have been using Somnifix strips since 2016. I was diagnosed by the Veterans Administration as have sleep apnea and fitted with a Cpac machine. I realized early on that I needed something to keep my mouth closed while I slept with Cpac mask. I tried several different brands - Somnifix was by far the best.
I have tried several brands and hands down Somnifix is THE BEST! None toxic, it doesnt rip/pull your skin when you remove in the morning, stays perfectly in place even if you toss and turn, and it never feels uncomfortable. In fact, you forget it's on. I love their new packaging too! Less waste for the environment and much easier to utilize. I have been using Somnifix for more than a year and highly recommend Somnifix! Also, I had an auto shipment not delivered one time and customer service responded on a weekend within 24 hours and sent a replacement.
I have always found your product great. I think the new packaging is marvelous. It's much easier to get the tape out and it seems as though the adhesive is stronger and stays on better. I depend on these to help me with my sleep apnea and CPAP. I appreciate them more than you can imagine--and now they are even better. Thank you.
The "New" Somnifix strips are not nearly as good as the old ones. They are harder to peel off. They have a small strip in the center that comes off on your lip, and I am concerned about swallowing it! Please return to the previous ones which were much better.
I mistakenly placed two orders for Somnifix mouth tape. Upon my realization, I immediately cancelled one of the orders. A week later, I received notification that the cancelled order was being delivered. Several days later, I then received the remaining order - and never did receive the cancelled order despite being alerted that I would. When receiving my credit card bill, I was billed for both orders. I immediately e-mailed Somnifix and alerted them. Clari immediately responded back to me and within 24 hours we resolved the issue. Clari sent me another order to replace the one I didn't receive but was billed for. We both came to the conclusion that the dismal USPS service we are experiencing in my area recently probably caused a misdelivery. This is not Somnifix's fault, but they corrected it nonetheless. I am so happy with their customer service and especially with Clari's amazing promptness in responding back to me and correcting the issue. Thank you Clari and thank you Somnifix! I see my sleep doctor in a couple of days and will be sure I tell him of this positive experience - he is the one who recommended Somnifix in the first place. Thanks again!
