The product probably works fine... if you have no facial hair! Ironically, on the box, the photo shows a man with a (well tapered) beard. However, I have found that if you have any facial hair (THE PRODUCT WON'T STICK AND DOES NOT WORK). Their so called "customer service" is non-existent. Good luck trying to find anyone to answer questions. When you write them off their website, they never respond. And of course, they do not offer a phone number, but that seems to be the norm these days.
