The product works OK and is quite good for stopping mouth breathing at night. This is really a review of the company as retailer, not manufacturer.The customer service is non-existent - I tried 4 times to send emails to Somnifix, since I ordered from them directly. I got zero replies despite guessing various email addresses including CEO's, and providing an alternate email for replies.I was within days of doing a chargeback on credit card as the delivery was slow and no delivery date was given when ordering, only an expected '14 working days'.This is the first time I have ordered online and not being able to get a reply from a company.Other retailers like CPAP.com do stock Somnifix - they ship internationally and do reply quickly, like most other sites.
