I bought the product for €300 in June 2020, expecting a reliable solution for room calibration. To my shock, support for it was discontinued just a year later in 2021. Now, with the latest macOS requiring updates, the software won’t function. It feels like my paid license is held hostage unless I either downgrade my OS or pay an additional fee for the newer version. It’s incredibly frustrating to have spent hundreds on a product that became obsolete prematurely. I didn’t receive any warning about losing support, and now my software is unusable due to an Apple update. I’ve spent hours trying to find workarounds, only to realize the only 'solution' is to pay more. This business model is unfair to loyal customers, and I expect the software I purchase to work throughout its supported lifespan. I urge the company to provide a more reasonable upgrade path for users with valid purchases.
