I contacted support again on December 8, 2025, but their only reply on December 15 was that they were 'very busy.' As of December 23, I have had no follow-up or guidance. This pattern has persisted over the years: once the software fails, customers are left to manage on their own. For a professional audio product, this level of service is unacceptable. I hope they enhance their support responsiveness, as the concept is solid, but reliability and customer service are equally important.

The company has great ambitions, but the outcomes are disappointing. First, the plug-in doesn’t function properly with newer Macs—it conflicts with Rosetta, rendering it useless. Second, there's no automatic option to bypass it during exports, leading to mistakes. Lastly, the results are mediocre compared to other similar applications.
