The software has been a complete disappointment. The previous version worked well, but they decided not to support newer Macs, which forced me to pay for an upgrade that offered no appealing features. The new application frequently freezes, disrupts my output, and fails to apply corrections properly, which is detrimental to my work. I sought help from support, but they were unhelpful. I followed their instructions to install beta versions, but it didn’t resolve anything. They suggested a remote session, but coordinating it was nearly impossible due to time zone differences. When I logged in for our scheduled session, the agent claimed I missed it, showing a lack of understanding of the time difference. I'm back to square one.
