I purchased the software in July 2019, but by March 2021, it completely stopped functioning with no changes to my system. I reached out to the support team and received no troubleshooting or solutions. The only response I got was in April 2022—over a year later—asking for feedback on the support I hadn’t received. After purchasing a new Mac in November 2025, I found that the calibration failed and all libraries were missing. I contacted support again on December 8, 2025, but their only reply on December 15 was that they were 'very busy.' As of December 23, I have had no follow-up or guidance. This pattern has persisted over the years: once the software fails, customers are left to manage on their own. For a professional audio product, this level of service is unacceptable. I hope they enhance their support responsiveness, as the concept is solid, but reliability and customer service are equally important.
